Listing on Bambii
Suggest a Party Provider – There must only be 1 photo added to this profile. No Prices are to be added to the description area.
All Listings – There must be no URL links, contact details or media (i.e. photos) added to the description area when creating or editing a listing.
Categories and Tags – Please ONLY select/include categories and tags that apply to your business directly.
Downgrading from business profile – You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do this, you must downgrade your profile by cancelling your subscription on your PAYPAL/STRIPE account. It is your responsibility to ensure that subscription payments are cancelled on your PAYPAL/STRIPE profile. We are not able to do this for you. We are not able to refund any of these payments.
BAMBII reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend listings. We also reserve the right to not delete a listing which has been added by the public and/or a review has been made (see review policy).
BAMBII reserves the right to change the layout and options available to all listings.
Bambii strongly supports customers to make reviews and for businesses to interact with reviews. The reviews left must be reliable and honest. Therefore, when writing and responding to reviews you must adhere to the review policy, it must be:
Unbiased – We will not accept reviews from rival businesses, those attempting to submit a fake review or anything which can be seen to be blackmailing a business. Bambii will only accept reviews from customers who are not associated to the party business (i.e. staff members).
Original – We will not except indirect information or rumours. Please, only provide reviews based on your experiences. If this is suspected not to be, we will remove the review and make an assessment.
Recent – Please stick to writing about experiences that occurred within two years.
Family Friendly – Please only use language and comments which would be considered family-friendly.
If you suspect that a review does not adhere to these guidelines, please contact us so that we can make an assessment.
Photograph and Video Image Policy
Bambii feel that photographs add colour and energy to your profiles and to the website. At the same time, we must respect childrens’ and parents’ rights of privacy (Data Protection Act 1998). In some cases, Bambii does not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of Bambii, its agents or affiliates.
